Maytag Blue Cheese

I swell with Iowa pride whenever I step foot in my local high end market and the cheese-monger waxes poetically about Maytag Blue Cheese.  Consistently named one of the top cheeses in the world I'm not so sure that the fine folks in Newton grasp what a marvel they have fermenting in their midst.  Go ahead buy a pound for your next party and sport your foodie cred for the rest of the year.
