Interestingly the town of Strawberry Point was once known as the "Cream City". Now I have heard of peaches and cream, and I love strawberry Ice Cream but I will have to explore this connection a little further and perhaps share a good recipe for simply strawberries and cream. Until then enjoy this photo of the 15ft foot tall berry that dominates the town today.
