You know you love thier bacon, and if you buy their bacon you most likely love thier ethics. Great to know that the pork at Niman Ranch comes from the great state of Iowa. The company often invites celebrated chefs to a "Farmers Appreciation Dinner" in Des Moines and often includes a farm tour as well. After reviewing some of the meals prepared in the past I have determined that this is a must score ticket for the future.
